Everyone's anxiously awaiting the participants at the Finish Line

Our first two runners arrived at the finish line at 9:37am finishing the Great Lake Walk in just four hours and thirty seven minutes.

At the finish line was our Roving Reporter interviewing the participants as they crossed the finish line.

Thomas Marrs, age 19 and from Duncan arrived in 4:37:24 with Seb Falk close on his heels in 4:37:45 Congratulations!!

Seb is a teacher at Pearson College and he's certainly leading his students who are also walking the walk.

Seb gets a well deserved foot soak and massage from one of our friendly volunteers.

The first local celebrity from Honeymoon Bay was John Quested a young 64 years, who finished in 05:32:36
